OK heres what I've got, three of my 4 major ports soldered to the experimenters board. So after taking a break I'm taking a look at the the pin outs and I'm about to cut the required wires and possibly shorten the ribbon cable thats connecting the PB 9 connector that has my required pins. My problem comes with the Mini din 9 that Mac uses for serial connections. I want to use a port and then use a transfer cable but so far I haven't been able to desolder one. My other option is to splice a cable but honestly that seems like the overly destructive method. On the other hand I just got a good idea. I might take the second DB 9 connector from my Dell and then use one of the cables I got with my newton to finaly get it to the Mac. I'll have to look at this a little closer...
