Hint for all of you who move into a smaller space than you need. Know exactly where you're tools and equiptment are. I mean exactly where they are. And mark boxes in large letters on all six sides of the box. Seriously do it, you'll thank yourself later. Why do I tell you this, because the last thing I need to get the PBFH working is a single SCSI adapter, a small SCSI adapter that isn't where I wanted it. For that matter I couldn't find the cables that should have been with the drive I last used the adapter with.

I WANT MY STUFF BACK!!!! I WANT MY LAB TOO!!!!

Do'h, just learned (or realized) that the bill mentioned earlier was only a local bill- for other counties. I'd have to find my own way to get Mount Airy on it, tho' I probably should. By the way did I mention that I HATE SATURDAY SCHOOL by the nature of it. I mean make up days are bad enought BUT A FULL DAY OF SCHOOL ON SATURDAY IMPOSES ON MY RIGHTS.

It rained, it froze, school was canceled. So I'm out and I just woke up, but I guess thats payment for what I would otherwise be doing saturday, unless it freezes and stays frozen, as its still raining. Maybe that state bill allowing some flexibility on a solid 180 days will pass on friday, maybe but not likely. Stupid Saturday School.

And of course it doesn't want to snow anymore...

They get a bill modifing the strict 180 days of school and then it stops snowing. I was promised a snow and ice storm today and I didn't get it. Oh well maybe it will freeze, water freezes, school is cancled (or at least a 2 hour delay) and we get 2 more days to find a way to stop the evil that is saturday school. maybe

On a more positive note there are reports of successful attempts at flashing Radeon 7000 PCI cards for use in Macs. Finaly cheap PCI video cards for Macs!

From xlr8yourmac.com
From a German forum that seems to be close to the origin
From †Macintoshian Achaia forum a group of seemingly very experianced Mac users.

Today we morn the loss of two members of Bare Bone Software's family, BBEdit and BBEdit Lite. They leave behind uncounted numbers of wonderful text documents and code as well as a son TextWrangler. BBEdit and its younger brother will be greatly missed by the mac community they have touched since the days of system 6.

Supprise! Its going to snow and/or ice again. And I'll probably get off Wen. to Mon. at the cost of some spring break. I'm also spotting a Virginia bill making an exception to mandatory 180 school days, maybe I can get it to take off here in NC. I was also going to put up a good rant about the VERY sad state of education in the USA but I lost it, feeds back to "The only time my education was interrupted was when I was in school" deal that was said by someone who I can't remember (its in my quotes section on my main site if you rallyy want to quote them yourself) time to get some sleep, that frount isn't coming in until tommorrow :P Later

It can't be Sunday- I don't want it to be Sunday- I HAD SCHOOL YESTERDAY DAMN IT! Come on Snow or Ice, or something, I mean sure it leads back to the same *&^%ing problem but it gives me a week to override the stupid idea of saturday school with a petition or something. Granted this is probably due to the fact that I slept until 4 today but still a weekend is SUPPOSED TO BE 2 WHOLE DAYS LONG. Evil School District from HELL!

I guess this is my first "real" test of Blogger, I mean so far its easy to use and should take no time to update, plus Google likes it. Not doing much right now, just making a disk image of The Simes House party for my brother. Maybe now he won't chew me out for making back ups...
